Founded in 2003, Cheshire-headquartered ROI today operate in the UK and Europe across five sites with over 220 staff, under Chief Executive Officer Nigel Sandiford.

A Target and Go programme for employees rewards them with an additional £25 every time they book a further appointment after their monthly target has been hit. Above 40 appointments, it becomes £40.
