They fully support relevant formal qualifications with funding and study leave including salary increase on successful completion of qualifications. As far as Internal management development training they have a Focused leader course and MDP course. Senior managers mentor managers and external providers conduct coaching sessions and these are also incorporated into the MDP. RIBA Enterprises Limited HR fully support managers attendance to seminars/ managers forums or other peer support opportunities.
