About risual

risual offer market-leading consulting, managed-services and solutions in IT. They hire, develop and grow industry experts who deliver cutting-edge Microsoft technology solutions into organisations around the UK.

Staffordshire company risual was founded in 2005 on the values of honesty, openness and trust. Set up by two young entrepreneurs, Alun Rogers and Richard Proud, the business employs nearly 200 staff and still champions these values today.

risual deliver business-aligned consultancy, solutions and services based solely on the Microsoft platform. Winners of Microsoft UK Partner of the Year 2015 and Microsoft Public Sector and National Security finalist 2016, they demonstrate excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions with Microsoft technology.

The company behaves with integrity with its staff, employees having the assurance that they will receive a salary increment following open, fair and honest discussion around their performance. Employees get their birthday off and feedback from customers in a
weekly Songs of Praise feature.
