About Roc Search

Roc Search provide clients with contract and permanent roles in the technology and engineering sectors.

Reading-headquartered Roc was founded in 2007 by Managing Director Conor Roughneen. Prior to founding the business, Conor enjoyed success in a global tech recruitment consultancy, growing the most profitable contract business on record.

Conor decided to create his own consultancy based on the key principles he had always believed in: honesty, integrity and communication. The firm now operates across the UK, Germany and the USA and has a workforce of over 120.

Roc represent high-calibre candidates with specialist skills, offering complete coverage of contract and permanent markets across the UK, Europe and the US. The client base is diverse, ranging from SMEs to mid-sized IT and engineering departments right through to large OEMs and multinationals.

Roc have unique monthly awards recognising sales performance and those who embody the company values, with holiday awards to Europe and America.
