Rockfish have seven seafood restaurants and takeaways in South Devon and Dorset.
Founded in 2008 by restaurateur Mitch Tonks, Rockfish celebrates the very best of local and sustainable seafood with a menu of local fish, freshly fried, grilled or cooked on the plancha, plus a great menu from cracked crab to scallops in the half shell, from fried local hake to whole sea bass depending on the season, unlimited fresh cut chips, salads, garlic bread, sundaes and whipped ice creams.

Rockfish have a comprehensive training programme and a dedicated trainer within the company. All training is support by individually designed printed material and staff are regularly appraised and trained in the highest standards. Every team member will go through the 'Rockfish BASICS' course which includes training on the fish market and a course that covers buying, cutting and sourcing.
