Rockpool Digital's annual off site this year celebrated 10 years of Rockpool. The whole company headed down to the South Coast to do a day of treasure hunts on speed boats speeding across to the Isle of Wight. They then headed back to the spa hotel for a 6 course taster menu and annual awards such as Least likely to be a Jerk, Most likely to think Big.

Rockpool have shifted their culture away from a time equals money culture to one where they want to reward their teams with thank you's for going over and above. Where teams have put in extra effort to ensure a project is delivered and the client is happy they reward with personalised thank you's. Recently a project team worked hard to get a project back on track and they bought each team member something they really wanted; examples are a bike, headphones, travel vouchers and games consoles.
