About Rowan International Ltd

What is it like to work for Rowan International Ltd

Wellbeing
Wellbeing
Rowan International offer support and advice on stress management and mental health issues. They make a concerted effort to take on board employees views and ask employees what they feel would improve wellbeing. The best ideas are then implemented. An exercise area has been put in place next to the staff canteen with a wii fit and cycle racks provided. Time off and flexibility is given to allow employees to attend important family or social events without giving up holiday or pay. They do not operate a long hour’s culture and provide a shorter than average working week with 2 weeks paid shut down over the Christmas period.
My Team
My Team
An open office policy is in place to encourage integration between employees and teams. They hold team building exercises and departmental lunches and dinners. Employees have access to a pool table and computer console to diffuse stress and bring employees together. They promote socialising out of hours and regularly hold events such as polo and football.
Fair Deal
Fair Deal
To reward staff for their hard work employees receive a quarterly performance related bonus. Management regularly carry out presentations to explain how important their contribution is to the performance of the company and in turn how that performance is reflected in their bonus. Leaving early on a Friday is reviewed regularly based on how the company has performed. Rowan International show their appreciation for a job well done in a number of ways from vouchers, small awards ceremonies and a personal thank you from management
