Royds Withy King are one of the leading and fastest-expanding law firms in the south and M4 corridor. They act for individuals, charities and owner-managed businesses across a variety of sectors.

Although established in 1873, Royds Withy King offer a thoroughly modern service, eschewing jargon and putting their clients and staff first. Today, they employ over 470 people in London, Bath, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. Graham Street is the current Managing Partner.

Royds Withy King are a top-100 law firm aiming to create lasting relationships with their clients; relationships that provide value for them over time. Being ahead of the curve means taking a holistic approach - thinking ahead for clients and giving them proactive, straightforward advice that helps them, whatever their size, whatever the problem.

The firm offers an annual employee bonus programme, with eligible employees getting an equal share of a percentage of super profits – the surplus profit in a partnership after the members’ salaries have been taken into account.
