About RTS Group

Based in Wiltshire, RTS Consultants work with the learning academies of major automotive manufacturers, to provide in-depth learning and development programmes - with the aim of creating world-class car dealerships across the country.

Their core values cover how they aim to treat both their clients and their staff - with the understanding that people is what drives any business.

Just some of RTS Consultants’ key principles include acting with integrity, communicating effectively, displaying vision and drive, and being vibrant.

One example of how they stimulate their employees is by committing to charitable causes - each member of staff is allowed two paid days’ leave to support a cause of their choice.

The company is led by Managing Director Malcolm Miller, who ensures he has an open-door policy and is approachable to staff no matter what their level of seniority. He also happens to be a part-time rugby referee!
