S&G Response are an established provider of leading solutions for insurers, corporate fleets, brokers, vehicle manufacturers and third party claims administrators.

As drivers of digital innovation, S&G Response have a strong focus on providing a first class customer journey through technology, convenience and 360° feedback. They have an established repair network of over 230 accredited repairers, inclusive of over 50 specialist HGV repair network.

S&G Response know that a lot of success that has been seen over the year's can largely be attributed to their talented pool of individuals. To reward employees for their efforts, S&G Response have an annual employee awards ceremony that are presented each year by the board.

The winners receive a bottle of champagne, trophy, certificate and £500. They are currently designing a wall of fame where all awards winners will have their name etched and a special presentation plinth will be erected for the overall 'Values Champion.'

S&G Response have bespoke manager training on basic skills, conducted externally by a training provider Lamont Jones. This includes all people management policies and procedures and soft skills development for bringing out brilliance in their teams.
