Schillings protect the reputations and privacy of some of the worlds most successful individuals and organisations.
Schillings have pioneered an entirely new approach to reputation, privacy and family law. They believe in excellence, discretion, respect, teamwork and the hierarchy of ideas, not persons.
The firm solve problems by challenging each other to come up with the most innovative and effective solutions. The firm has been going for over 35 years, and there is a belief that the team of talented people just keep getting better and better as they continue to grow.
It is important to Schillings to reward employees for their continued efforts, and show recognition and thanks for making them as successful as they are today.
Recently, Schillings severed the ties between appraisal and salary reviews. No more ratings, no more annual meetings. This change has been really welcomed by the team. Staff now have regular (quarterly) career conversations with their managers to review objectives and discuss feedback. Under their new reward strategy, bonus is paid according to company performance only and rewards collective performance to achieve the firm's goals. The amount paid is the same for everyone - 1/12th of salary. Salary is paid according to performance.
