About Searchability

Searchability is a multi-award winning recruitment agency who have successfully combined proven recruitment solutions with employer branding, inbound recruitment marketing and bespoke engagement technology to create a very unique full-service recruitment agency.

Searchability was started in 2012 in small offices in Ness (Wirral). The two original directors complement each other wonderfully and create a fantastic framework for a company that has grown to over 50 talented and dedicated people today.

The feeling in the office and amongst the employees is fantastic. They are rewarded not only financially but by feeling like a part of the growth and culture at Searchability. Each employee genuinely helps to create a brand that is unique in the market place.

To reward employees for their efforts, Searchability have work related incentives such as 'consultant of the month' where they are recognised in front of their colleagues with a trophy and recognition from their team.

Searchability operate an open salary matrix which allows each of their recruiters to see how they can strive to the next stage of their career and what they need to do in order to achieve this. This gives employees the opportunity to be directly rewarded by their performance by way of basic salary as well as commission structure which not only increases drive and enthusiasm within the workforce, but also prevents any uncertainly.
