SearchStar were founded in 2005 and have become one of the UK’s leading independent digital media buying agencies, with a strong reputation for delivering results with their client-centric approach to working.

Led by Managing Director Dan Fallon, SearchStar work to deliver outstanding results through strong relationships and a deep understanding of digital strategy. They have been accredited as Google Partners since 2010 and are currently based in Bath, having relocated several times in recent years to accommodate their rapid growth.

SearchStar deliver PPC, display, analytics, conversion optimisation and training services. Their roster of satisfied clients includes the University of Bristol, Intrepid Travel, My Home Move and Inside Japan Tours.

The company works hard to foster a positive, encouraging and creative working environment, with the aim of empowering staff to deliver outstanding media buying for a digital world and solidify their position as respected leaders in their field.

SearchStar are introducing a two-hour training slot every Friday morning for every member to expand their knowledge. Staff can choose their own learning methods, and will be given the opportunity to submit requests if they need additional financial support.
SearchStar’s new Wellbeing Policy introduced three mental health first aiders across the agency to provide valuable support for all employees. The business also encourages a culture of keeping to working hours as much as possible, with efforts made to ensure workloads are always manageable.

A group lunch is provided every Tuesday for staff to mingle outside their normal teams, while weekend trips away are organised annually. Additionally, new starters are trained by people other than those they directly work with, helping them get to know other people around the business.
