About Selco Builders Warehouse

Selco have served tradespeople with a wide range of products and services since 1895, making them one of the UK’s leading and most long-standing builders merchants.

With 59 branches and counting, and over 15,000 products in every branch, their aim is for everyone in the trade to think of Selco when they think about building materials.

The business has been built around serving the small/medium builder operating in the repair, maintenance and improvement sectors.

Selco’s core principles, which cover every aspect of their work, are: customer first; responsibility; entrepreneurial spirit; ambition; trust and confidence; and value individuals.

They show this dedication to their individuals in a variety of different ways, including charitable and environmental initiatives, comprehensive personal development programmes, team building events and much more.

Headquartered in Birmingham, Selco is led by Chief Executive Officer Chris Cunliffe, who spends at least a day a week meeting and working alongside branch staff across the country.
