About Service Care Solutions

Service Care Group is a UK based recruitment agency consisting of specialist divisions including Service Care Solutions, Service Care Health, Service Care Construction, Service Care IT and Service Care Legal. They cover positions ranging from entry-level roles to directorships in both the public and private sector.

Service Care Solutions was started in 2005. The company has grown from very humble beginnings; from a back bedroom with two phones, and has evolved into the well-respected and sizeable business that it is today.

They now have over 100 employees that work across eight industry sectors and pride themselves on regarding their people as their most important asset.

The organisation offer a wealth of progression opportunities, with all of their current senior team starting out with them as trainee recruitment consultants, working their way up to be heads of divisions / directors / managers.

The organisation hold quarterly Lunch Clubs for up to 12 employees from across the business who go the extra mile in some respect or win an incentive. They generally get to have a say in what their outing entails; they always finish at lunch time on a nominated Friday.

In 2018-19 they maintained their position as a Carbon Positive Company by engaging an external provider to complete a full assessment of their carbon footprint and investing to offset 150% of carbon emissions through tree planting and clean energy projects in developing countries.
