Formed in 2005, Service Care Solutions (SCS) are a recruitment agency covering a range of disciplines, from social work, social housing and legal, to construction, healthcare, IT, business support and much more.

Based in Preston, SCS aims to be a long-term, sustainable recruitment agency, offering stability and outstanding customer service to their clients at all times.

SCS are led by Managing Director Richard Freye, who seeks to recruit staff that fit into the values and ethos of the company, rather than their work experience or qualifications. Richard is known for always making a concerted effort to ensure that each person within the business is recognised as an individual and as a person.
