About Shepherds Friendly

Shepherds Friendly offer simple financial solutions to a wide range of customers, helping them to plan for theirs and their families futures. Their products include savings, protection and life insurance plans.

From the very start, Shepherds Friendly were owned by their participating members and, with no shareholders to report to, they established a clear set of values and principles to ensure that their families interests came first, above all else. A 'Customer Care' ethos from almost 200 years ago has been retained and enhanced right through to the present day.

They are dedicated to making things simpler for both their members and their employees.

Today, Shepherds Friendly have grown from a traditional insurance provider to a modern broadly-based financial organisation offering savings, life insurance and income protection products. The products they offer focus on helping members plan for their financial future.

Employees, along with members, are at the heart of everything they do, and they are proud to go the extra mile for them.

There is a real family feel at the organisation with everyone working collaboratively to make Shepherds Friendly a great place to work.
