About Socitm Advisory

Socitm Advisory is a niche management consultancy specialising in delivering digital, technology and commercial programmes that improve public services.

Socitm Advisory have gone from strength to strength in recent years. From humble beginnings, they are now used to winning £1m+ programmes; their biggest win to date is £4m.

With the organisation seeing significant growth in the last two years, some of their corporate practices have needed to be evolved quickly to catch up. Recently they have undertaken a series of events to develop their mission, values and vision and each of these had their employees as critical figures.

Employees have played a crucial role in the success that the organisation has seen to date, and Socitm Advisory are keen to show their recognition of the hard work that takes place every day.

Socitm Advisory reward employees and teams for their efforts at the completion of a programme with a celebration event. Usually this takes the form of a social event that will include their customers plus partners and they find an especially effective way of saying thank you to all. This also allows their team to say goodbye to external colleagues they have worked closely with for some time before they move onto their next programme - they find this closure is crucial to senior team welfare.
