About Sofology

Sofology offer a range of products, exclusively designed for Sofology. Ranges include sofas, corner units, chairs and footstools in luxurious fabrics and leathers.

Sofology understand that their success can largely be attributed to their colleagues dedication and hard work. They make sure that each and every individual has the tools to make a difference and help grow the business.

No matter who you speak to across the business, everyone has the same thing to say. The people are amazing; everyone likes to have fun and no one likes to stand still. There is drive and determination from individuals which means opportunities & autonomy run throughout.

Sofology run a scheme called 'Sofologist of the month' - a reward purely based on the organisation's values (Exceptional, Progressive, Fun, Trusted, Caring, Committed) and principles whereby colleagues nominate someone who has stood out for truly living their values and who they believe to be deserving of recognition.

The nominations are received and counted, then a winner is selected. The winner receives a trophy, £200 in vouchers, an extra days holiday and a letter of congratulations from the CEO. From those nominated, two runners up are also selected and these are awarded £100 each in vouchers.

What is it like to work for Sofology

The SLT are visible to colleagues within Sofology. Regularly speaking at quarterly business conferences, attending inductions to meet the newest colleagues face to face, and also being approachable whenever, wherever and with whoever.

Sofology review all Retail Managers monthly in relation to performance, utilising a business balance scorecard. They provide coaching plans to support underperformance and review on a monthly basis.

The first day for a new Sofologist has been designed to integrate them into the wider team, inclusion being a huge part of this. Members of Senior Leadership Team are on hand to introduce themselves, their department and explain what part they take in achieving their goal of 'Helping everyone feel happier and more comfortable at home'.
