About Solvay Healthcare

What is it like to work for Solvay Healthcare

My Manager
My Manager
Support is tailored to individual needs rather than a global approach. There are a variety of training interventions from courses and external training to international opportunities. Employees start their development before they are managers by the Key Replacement programme and Aspiring Leaders.
My Team
My Team
As a small organisation the teams communicate and meet regularly, despite the geographical spread. Along with the functional away days this helps to promote team work and community.
Giving Something Back
Giving Something Back
Through the Solvay Social Club, employees are encouraged to participate in charitable events such as Red Nose Day, Children in Need etc. Many energy saving projects have been devised, progress against these projects is tracked and is communicated to employees. These include recycling paper and waste and light sensors installed to reduce energy. Solvay has also sponsored a local teenage drop-in centre, financially and through management support.
