Specialist Motor Finance Limited provide an affordable finance product via a network of trusted motor brokers and dealers for customers with impaired or incomplete credit history.

The business is built on vast experience within the sphere of the leadership team and highly skilled and motivated staff. The business has constantly adapted to successfully meet challenge and change and this enables staff to experience a wide range of duties and responsibilities resulting in first class service and a happy and motivated workplace.

Specialist Motor Finance are keen to make sure that employees are rewarded and recognised for their efforts and so operate an 'Employee of the Month' scheme, any member of staff can nominate another employee for 'Employee of the Month' for going above and beyond the call of duty. The nominations run from 1st of the month to the 30/31st of the month. All nominations are reviewed by the leadership team. The winner receives £200 plus automatic entry into 'Employee of the Year.'

At the end of the year the nominations are reviewed and the Employee of the Year wins £1000.00. The organisation have also introduced 'Call Listening' awards where staff are given time off work. An employee 'star jar' has been introduced which is given to an employee by another employee in recognition of their contribution.
