About Staysure

Staysure specialise in offering travel insurance to the over 50's with medical conditions. Their customers often cannot insure themselves due to their conditions and they pride themselves on offering these customers value products that meet their specialist needs.

Staysure has been trading since 2005 and was founded by Ryan Howsam and sister Lindsey. The business started trading in Spain and moved to Northampton in 2010.

Team members have always been key to their overall success and they have supported numerous members within the business with personal development, for many this has been self-development to help them be the best in their roles as well as those who have pushed for career progression and development.

Staysure have offered numerous team members the opportunity to join their Stepping stones programme, and several employees have had support to complete qualifications including NVQs, professional qualifications and even degrees and masters.

They work hard to ensure that Staysure provides an environment where people will feel valued, have access to great development opportunities, have some fun and where people care about each other.
