StepChange Outsourcing started back in 2009 by directors who spent most of their careers in large corporate organisations. They could see a real opportunity in the contact centre market for a company that was more agile and analytical than most, putting it's energy and focus into its people to deliver amazing results for the client.
10 years ago the team was made up of 14 employees and they now boast over 100. They are proud of the company's achievements to date but with their amazing team, they are very excited to see what the next decade will bring.
