About STEWARTS

Stewarts are the UK's largest litigation-only law firm and have more than doubled in headcount over the past 10 years.

The firm opened its doors at the start of the 1990's and are incredibly proud of the significant growth that they have seen over the year's.

The managing partner is heavily involved within the recruitment process and likes to attend nearly all interviews to ensure that the individual would fit with the firm's culture.

The firm acknowledges that they wouldn't be where they are today if it wasn't for the dedication of the people that make up Stewarts. To ensure that their people can continue to grow with the organisation, paralegals, trainees and associates are provided with mentors for each new step they take in their career, with new partners offered 1-2-1 external coaching and supervisors offered appraisal coaching.
