Stickyeyes began life in 2005, when their CEO broke free of the world of traditional marketing and advertising and took the bold leap into digital. Since then they have seen incredible growth. There are now over 190 dedicated and talented people working across 3 offices, delivering amazing projects to clients all over the world.
To top it off, in 2016 Stickyeyes became part of IPG Mediabrands, one of the biggest agency groups in the world, meaning opportunity to work with even bigger, better and more varied clients.
The wellbeing scheme at Stickyeyes; 'Stick Together', was introduced recently, and has been particularly effective at demonstrating to employees how valued they are.
The approach has included the opportunity to get involved with their parents and women's networks and reap the benefits of those, including attending talks and events and the planning of their first children's Christmas Party. This has provided employees a safe space to speak about anything that they are experiencing, confidentially thought their Mind group.
Stickyeyes have also introduced their first peer to peer recognition scheme, whereby colleagues can nominate each other against organisational values. Monthly winners win a cash prize and space on their 'Valued Wall'. They also make sure they don't miss the little touches, like work anniversary balloons and cakes, reduced hours and presents on birthdays.
