Stickyeyes Group consists of Stickyeyes and Zazzle Media, award winning digital agencies that combine industry-leading insight, innovation, technology and world class creative ideas.

Stickyeyes are led by Chief Executive Craig Chalmers, who has been with the company since 1997. Phil Kissane is Managing Director at Stickyeyes, while Simon Penson is Managing Director at Zazzle Media.

The company runs regular ‘Lunch with the Exec’ sessions with a random selection of ten employees, where free lunch is provided and people can ask any anonymous questions to the exec team and have a chat about what's going on in the wider business.

The company offers department heads mentoring from the executive team, while also providing staff the opportunity to attend conferences and work on their own self-development. In addition, a ‘temperature check’ survey helps to measure the performance of managers every other month.

Once a year the group holds a company-wide event to help the group’s different offices spend more time together as a single group. In 2017 they organised a sports day competition with a barbecue, free drinks and a rock karaoke session in the evening.
