All of their Heads of Department have undergone management training, a mixture of internal support and external courses, as well as executive mentoring. They have covered topics such as self awareness and management style, time management, delegation, feeding back and coaching.

They have a monthly social event, a 'Cocktail Club', for everyone in their Leeds office and similar socials at Zazzles in Peterborough, where free food and drink is provided to staff as well as a more detailed company update.
