Stowe Family Law are the largest specialist family law firm in the UK and aspire to be the best in every location they are based in. With a focus on client care, their aim is for their clients to act as their biggest advocates.

The firm was founded by Marilyn Stowe in Leeds in 1982. In the years since, the firm has extended its presence throughout the UK, with numerous branches nationwide, including a head office in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Their 50-plus strong legal team of lawyers encompasses forensic accountants, a dedicated children’s department and an international family law department, with all their solicitors specialising within distinct areas.

Stowe Family Law’s current management team is led by Chief Executive Officer Charles Hartwell, and includes Senior Partner Julian Hawkhead. As a team, their focus is on delivering on their client value proposition to ensure the best possible outcomes for those they serve.
