About SweetTree Home Care Services

SweetTree Home Care Services support vulnerable adults - older people, dementia sufferers, and those with brain injuries and learning disabilities - in the community or in their home so they can reach their full potential.

Their aim is to assist clients, team members and the wider community to achieve the highest quality of life possible, through the provision of exceptional care and support and by enhancing the wellbeing, growth and development of the individual and SweetTree as a service provider.
