About Swim England

Swim England is the national governing body for swimming in England. They help people learn how to swim, enjoy the water safely, and compete in all their sports. Their vision is of a nation swimming and they strive to inspire everyone to enjoy the water in the way that suits them.

Swim England work with their partners to create engaging programmes that enable everyone to be active, have fun and stay healthy through swimming.

Each month millions of people are able to enjoy swimming, diving, water polo and synchronised swimming because they have been through the renowned 'Swim England Learn to Swim' programme.

Swim England employ over 200 dedicated people, all of whom demonstrate the organisation's four core principles each day: Purpose; Quality; Togetherness; and Fun.

Swim England provide their people with great opportunities to develop and progress with them. They advertise all vacancies internally for one week before advertising externally, they offer interview coaching and preparation support for all and give specific and constructive feedback about performance during interviews.
