About Sytner Group

Formed in 1968 by Frank Sytner and his older brother Alan - previously the owner of Liverpool’s famous Cavern Club - the Sytner Group is today the UK's largest prestige car retailer.

With 20 of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers and 150 franchised dealerships, they strive to maintain an impeccable relationship with their brands; abiding to all brand guidelines set by the manufacturer.

Since their launch, the Sytner Group have held the core values of the company almost above all else - their genuine passion for these key principles is echoed throughout the group - that means all staff are expected to live and breathe them.

Their core values are focused on delighting customers, being one team and delighting colleagues.

Darren shares the company culture and embraces this on a daily basis. Throughout a working week Darren will spend typically two days working out of a dealership rather than from Head Office, ensuring he is accessible and remains in touch with colleagues.

This resulted in a Sytner changing their review process to accommodate performance and wellbeing questions, in effort to get a complete picture of how employees are doing in their job roles.
