tails.com develops a unique nutrition plan for each dog, guaranteeing the right nutrition with their favourite flavours, the right portion and personal service for a happy and healthy life.
tails.com was launched in the summer of 2014 by a group of dog lovers, vets and nutritionists, all with a shared vision of changing the world of pet food for good.
Being dog owners themselves, they found it incredibly hard to work out what to feed them. Every dog is different - they are the most diverse species on the planet, so it's unsurprising that nutritional requirements vary. Previously, the only food available was one-size-fits-all foods with confusing portion advice. They knew there had to be a better way.
They created an algorithm which uses the information owners provide and combined it with their experience in nutrition and cutting-edge technology, to create exactly the right balance of nutrients for each and every dog.
Everyone at tails.com genuinely care for their customers. They deliver on their promise, so they can have a happy and healthy pet for life.
When someone has truly lived their values, achieved more than expected or done an all-round brilliant job, tails.com take the time to recognise this. Every month, every single person gets to nominate who the 'Top Dog' is. The leadership team reviews all nominations and decides who the winner is. Not only do they get £30 for a free lunch, most importantly they become the proud recipient of the 'Top Dog' trophy to display on their desk for the next month.
