A financial incentive is paid to that employee if their recommended person joins the firm. The amount varies from £1,000 - £4,500 depending on the seniority of the role.

Taylor Vinters are also committed to developing their wellbeing programme ‘TVie My Wellbeing’, which empowers employees to take responsibility for their own wellbeing. The TVie newsletter has details of local sporting and social activities which employees can participate in. Regular ‘lunch and learn’ sessions are held, and these highlight all aspects of physical and mental wellbeing.

They support numerous charities and hold various fundraising events throughout the year. Help was also given to their local children’s hospice, EACH, with their annual colour run event as well as assisting with some maintenance activities at the hospice.
