About Techmodal

Techmodal is an established data technology business that delivers data driven insights rapidly and reliably in the most challenging and unique markets, predominantly within the defence data space.

Techmodal began as a two-person passion project to provide clients with data-driven decision support. They have grown by 35% in the last year alone and now employ over 100 team members.

They pride themselves on hiring the brightest talent, often at graduate entry level and really want their people to grow and learn with the company.

Employees are provided with a number of opportunities to grow and develop new skills within the organisation, including: job shadowing, paid time off for study, and even support for non-work related qualifications.

The organisation believes in a healthy work/life balance and want their people to enjoy where they work and who they work with. Culture is really important to them, and therefore they try and have a lot of fun around delivering important data analysis work to clients in the defence sector.
