Terence O’Rourke are a consultancy offering planning advice and associated design guidance to clients in various sectors, including property and development, leisure, hospitality, education, health and public service, throughout the UK.

Their team offers town planning, architecture, landscape architecture, urban design and environmental planning, leveraging a unique skill set and approach that deals creatively with challenging planning situations to deliver commercially viable solutions across all sectors of the economy.

Terence O’Rourke work with nationally and internationally known clients such as BAE Systems, BMW Rolls Royce, Grosvenor, McLaren and Warner Bros on high-profile projects. Over the last two years, their planning permissions have helped to secure several hundred million pounds of investment and more than 10,000 jobs.
