TFS Healthcare is one of the UK's principal recruitment companies for placing nurses and healthcare professionals (AHP/HSS), Non-Medical/Non-Clinical on a permanent, contract and ad-hoc agency basis into NHS & private hospitals nationwide.

The ethos of their Managing Director, Ben Cambage, is simple. He set out to create a business that is 'great to work for', and they want people to love working there. This vision has remained one of the essential and vital components whilst contributing to the success and phenomenal growth of TFS Healthcare.

The board do not hide themselves away in their own offices, but remain approachable and a key part of the sales floor. The atmosphere, as a result of this, is of a supportive nature. By staying in tune to the daily workings of the business, they are able to make decisions in a very agile way, based entirely upon business needs.

TFS operate an open-plan office based in London Bridge overlooking the Thames, with brilliant views of the City and St Paul's Cathedral, as well as an in-house recreation room including pool table, table tennis and bar. TFS Healthcare also have regular team incentives from days out at the races to weekend trips abroad, which all staff are eligible for.

TFS run a Management Development Programme to support all Management within the business, regardless of their experience or job role. Most of their management team have developed within TFS via promotion.
The Director of HR, alongside all management are available at all times for those feeling stressed or in need of a confidential conversation. Within the business it is encouraged and promoted to everyone to speak out if feeling stressed or under pressure - TFS have a collective attitude to resolving any issues staff may have.
