The Brand Union have live Q&A or surgery sessions which are done through company meetings. They work in open plan offices alongside employees where all senior partners including the CEO are part of the open plan environment. An open door policy is facilitated through their open plan office. The Brand Union have a regular piece in Phosphor magazine as well as a company blog but most communication is face to face. The leader/ senior management interact with employees via floor walkabouts and regular catch ups with all teams to ensure problems are out in the open and dealt with quickly. The Brand Union believe the leader of the organisation in particular operates with a strong emphasis on being transparent, open and approachable to all staff members.

In addition to this they also have Team celebration events such as, Dinners and outings and Team reward/bonuses in the form of vouchers.
