About The Charity for Civil Servants

The Charity for Civil Servants does exactly what it says on the tin. They support civil servants, both past and present, in tough times. They listen without judging anyone and offer practical, financial and emotional support.

The Surrey-based charity is a 333-strong team of volunteers led by Chief Executive Graham Hooper. They understand that one problem can lead to another, whether it be based around money, mental health or other wellbeing issues.

As a result, their services and advice look at the whole picture. They can even offer financial help if civil servants have circumstances that make it particularly difficult to manage their money.
Specifically, the Charity for Civil Servants offer support, advice and assistance for carers, and help to improve their wellbeing.

This last category is backed by a recently launched mental health and wellbeing campaign, supported by a digital Wellbeing Hub and an interactive chatbot to guide people towards the right help and support.
