About The Communications Store

The Communications Store are a strategic brand development and communications company for some of the world’s best brands and most exciting emerging talents.

With locations in London and New York, the company is lead by founder and CEO Julietta Dexter, who started The Communications Store 22 years ago in 1995. Some of their clients include: Acne, Christopher Kane, Forever 21, Jaeger, House of Holland, NET-A-PORTER, Swarovski, Charlotte Tilbury, BaByliss, Burberry Beauty, Liz Earle, John Frieda, The Refinery, and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars

Senior employees are offered an enhanced maternity scheme which is 90% of their salary for 12 weeks, alongside a returner’s bonus if they return to work within six months. Open communication between teams and employees on maternity leave is encouraged, but not mandatory. This also includes keeping-in-touch days where employees can come in for meetings they want to participate in, team training or social events.

This year the company hosted a full schedule of events to promote Mental Health Awareness Week. This included mindfulness sessions, inspirational speakers, and complimentary fitness classes. They also announced their partnership with the mental health charity Mind.
