The Communications Store are a strategic brand development and communications company for some of the world’s best brands and most exciting emerging talents.

With locations in London and New York, the company is lead by founder and CEO Julietta Dexter, who started The Communications Store 22 years ago in 1995. Some of their clients include: Acne, Christopher Kane, Forever 21, Jaeger, House of Holland, NET-A-PORTER, Swarovski, Charlotte Tilbury, BaByliss, Burberry Beauty, Liz Earle, John Frieda, The Refinery, and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars

Senior employees are offered an enhanced maternity scheme which is 90% of their salary for 12 weeks, alongside a returner’s bonus if they return to work within six months. Open communication between teams and employees on maternity leave is encouraged, but not mandatory. This also includes keeping-in-touch days where employees can come in for meetings they want to participate in, team training or social events.

Since founding the company in 1995, their leader Julietta Dexter endeavors to ensure she gets to know every individual in the organisation, both in the UK office and US offices. She holds bi-monthly new starter breakfasts to meet each individual who joins the business.
