He attends every brand conference and even records a personal video message when he is unable to attend.

The Estee Lauder Companies collectively and actively support and fundraise for the Breast Cancer Awareness charity. Evelyn H. Lauder courageously and boldly launched The Estée Lauder Companies’ Breast Cancer Awareness (BCA) Campaign in 1992 with the creation of the Pink Ribbon, the universal symbol for breast health. Devoted to the mission to defeat breast cancer through education and medical research and currently active in more than 70 countries, The BCA Campaign has raised more than $58 million (£37.8 million approx.) to support global research, education and medical services, with close to $46 million (£29.9 million approx.) raised for funding 185 Breast Cancer Research Foundation® (BCRF) medical research grants worldwide over the past 21 years. Specifically in the UK, the company opened a BCA pop up in Piccadilly Circus tube station during the month of October to further drive fundraising and donations. In addition to this, the brands under their portfolio also support and fundraise for their individual charities, such as MAC for Aids Fund, Jo Malone for The Garden Scheme and Aveda for WaterAid.

'#iMentor', Estee Lauder’s reverse mentoring programme in the UK, is just one example of the company's commitment to offering the largest part of its workforce the best environment in which to grow, develop and engage with the organisation. The iMentor programme, welcoming anyone from interns to Managers, is designed to help employees embrace and epitomise inclusion and diversity. The programme was piloted in the UK and the first opportunity was for the millennials to work with the Executive Leadership Team, providing consumer insights and establishing a long term mentoring relationship to the benefit of both parties. Participants even have an opportunity to connect with iMentors from around the globe through a private community on DreamSpace called iShare. This programme is sponsored by Fabrizio Freda, President and CEO and also Phebe Farrow Port, Chief of Staff to the President and CEO.
