About The FISER Group

The Fiser Group are a financial services human capital specialist, providing services in recruitment, consulting, headhunting in investment banking, asset management and insurance.

The group includes BRUIN Financial, which operates a sabbatical policy for all employees. It provides staff with the opportunity to pursue personal interests, which can energise staff once they return to their job.

After three years at BRUIN all employees can request a sabbatical of up to three months. If an employee decides not to take their sabbatical at this point, they have the option to take up to six months when they have been with BRUIN for five years.

A number of employees have arranged other forms of extended leave, agreed on a case by case basis, for things such as counselling, depression, or other health related matters.
