About The Funding Corporation Limited

The Funding Corporation Ltd provides motor finance loans to subprime consumers via a B2B format, and service loans previously sold.

Founded by a group of former directors from the Bank of Scotland, The Funding Corporation wrote its first ever loan on 01 October 2001. The group employs some 200 people across its head office on Chester Business Park, and throughout the expanding ACF Car Finance dealership network.

The company offers flexible working and an open environment where staff are able to leave the office environment if they are feeling stressed. Staff are also given access to an occupational therapist if they need additional support.

All line managers are encouraged to intervene and give staff time off from the business if necessary. The company is very family centric and they recognise that sometimes, family issues come before business and so they allow flexibility for this.
