Grass Roots' have their own global intranet, which is called 'The Bubble', designed and built in-house, the platform was launched 12 months ago and brings the Grass Roots brand to life for an internal audience, keeping everyone up to date with the latest news and announcements. The Bubble is a one-stop-shop which also hosts company information, performance results, plans, details of teams and offices, provides access to benefits, holds useful toolkits and is home to a sales and marketing resource hub. Handy links also ensure that employees can get to all the necessary portals, systems and tools they need - whether heading for the bespoke learning and development platform or social recognition site 'Buzz', to say thank you to a colleague. Grass Roots' ensure feedback and contributions are regularly sought by The Bubble team, who work to continuously improve functionality and respond quickly to user-generated content requests. An average of ten news items are added each week, which keeps the platform lively and interesting.
