Managers get SMART objectives for their employees and monitor progress during monthly one to ones and quarterly reviews. Daily support is offered through open communication. The colleague assistance programme is a free and confidential helpline available to all employees 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It provides employees with help and advice on a wide variety of issues and counselling sessions can also be arranged. They have company procedures and policies in place to ensure the fair treatment of employees, for example equal opportunites and respect at work and to enable a healthy work life balance.
TLG Senior management team has long supported social events throughout its history and continue to actively encourage staff to engage in social events including fund raising activities within the community, many of which have proved not only to be sucessful but extremely memorable.
