The Marketing Store are a marketing agency that provides progressive and highly innovative marketing solutions to global brands such as McDonald’s, Adidas, T-Mobile and Red Bull.
They have two offices in the UK, in London and Leeds, and four international offices in Chicago, Hong Kong, Paris and Toronto.
Their core values are: behaviour changing creativity, being inquisitive, building relationships, effectiveness and making it happen. These values were created through two months of interviews and information gathering, with 10% of their employees involved in the creative process.
The five Core Principles were embedded with their employees over a five-week festival of events and immersion sessions, culminating in a ‘Notes Day’ where employees were asked to comment and volunteer ideas as to how they could bring Purpose, Principles and Ambition to life.
Following this, their cross-agency project teams created several new initiatives and practices that they adopted across the business.
