Monarch promotes core values of Social Inclusion, Continuous Improvement, Value for Money & a Tailored service for their customers.  The Senior Management team promote each of these facets daily, as they meet with each department leader daily to discuss any queries and innovations or improvements that can be made within the organisation via daily morning meetings.  Monarch promote free thinking, and feedback from individuals, each departmental leader also meets with their team daily for them to suggest improvement in the workplace and how we can commit to value for money for their customers, ideas are taken on board and implemented to improve the way Monarch work.  All senior management are involved in volunteer projects quarterly within the local community, in order to drive home the ethos of the way their company works.  All managers are encouraged to volunteer within the community for their own clients who are predominately from the social housing sector, so they will work within their communities on activities such as regeneration projects, community schemes & assistance for fuel poor households.

Monarch likes to make sure the health and wellbeing of their employees is always high.  This includes a breakfast service where breakfast is encouraged to fuel employees with energy throughout the day and is brought from a local cafe straight to their desks.  They are also provided with gym memberships and carpools, where members are on a corporate membership and non-drivers are pooled with drivers.  They have a 5 a side football car pool service, where once a week employees organise a 5 a side football match and on these days, all staff members are encouraged to finish work early in order to attend.

Monarch is geared towards saving money on utilities for their customers.  Therefore every quarter, the company calculates the monetary amount of refunds all of their teams have identified for their customers and the team which obtains the biggest refund value for that quarter, receives a 5% bonus in their salary for that month for every team member.  Their customers are rewarded and their people are awarded.
