About The NAV People

The NAV People are a business software provider, and one of the world’s top providers of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365. They provide support, services, training and enhancements for all users, across a range of sectors.

New staff members shadow all departments before starting their role, to gain an understanding of the way the business works, before they are trained up within their team. They are also encouraged to attend external training courses when appropriate, and the company covers the cost of those courses. People have the opportunity to develop into senior or alternative roles as the business grows and new branches are opened.

The NAV People has a very low staff turnover, which primarily is because they are flexible and willing to adapt to staff members’ personal situations. For example, the company has a number of staff who have returned to their home countries and continue to work for the company remotely.

Senior management are offered company cars and can only select a PHEV vehicle. They introduced a cycle-to-work scheme in 2016, and if employees aren't local then they can be home-based rather than come into the office each day.
