Pedder are an estate agency and property-services company. Throughout the sale and rental of property, they act as an intermediary between clients and potential purchasers and tenants.

It all started 35 years ago and today, Pedder property have a cluster of eight computer-linked offices around South-East London under Directors Nick Manley, Victoria Phillips, Trevor Cain and Bill Russell.

The firm is dynamic, high-performing and family-owned with extensive knowledge and an enviable pedigree.

Services include sales, lettings, property management, new homes, commercial property, land and development, development consultancy, professional services, chartered surveyors, maintenance, portfolio management, solicitors, mortgages and international.

Pedder are different because they put something back into the local community by raising money for and contributing to local projects, schools, sports teams, art galleries and hospices. For the last seven years, they’ve invested more than 10% of their annual profits into the South-East London community.
