About The Royal Over-Seas League

Royal Over-Seas League are dedicated to championing international friendship and understanding throughout the Commonwealth and beyond. A non-profit membership organisation and clubhouse, they have been bringing like-minded people together since 1910.

They are dedicated to championing international friendship and understanding. They help artists and musicians across the Commonwealth connect, collaborate and create. Members enjoy a luxury clubhouse with accommodation in St James's, London, a vibrant event calendar packed with tours, trips and talks, and links to over 100 reciprocal clubs worldwide.

There were many employee engagement initiatives implemented in 2018. These included a summer party in Green Park, the launch of a quarterly communication meetings, exit interviews for all leavers and the introduction of a leadership development programme for directors. To recognise and reward staff they give out Easter Eggs at Easter, ice creams during the summer, and chocolates on Valentines day.

In 2018 they launched a leadership development programme for the directors of the organisation, and this will be followed by a programme for the heads of department and then the team members. They also introduced inductions for new starters and statutory health and safety training
As part of their policies and offerings to enhance the wellbeing of staff and ease workplace stress, they provide subsidised yoga classes for any team member who wishes to participate.

They hold quarterly communication meetings to inform the team about what we are doing as an organisation. The senior leadership team are currently working together to write the company vision, mission and values.
