They provide personal development plans for new managers. The majority of roles have on the job training and mentoring from senior management. Managers have their performance measured in bi-annual appraisals.
They offer a cash plan scheme to all employees that allows them to recover money on things such as dental, optical, massages, private and prescription services. They also hold an annual wellbeing event with workshops on mindfulness, health, nutrition, and financial advice.
