About The ThirdWay Group

The ThirdWay Group are a London-based office design and build, furniture, architecture and development company. They partner with clients from all industries to create the best possible environment for their employees.

The company is owned by Ben Gillam. The ThirdWay Group’s core tenet is Team, Trust, Commitment and Fun. They believe if everyone keeps these values at the core of the work they do, and how they behave, the company will continue to thrive as an amazing and fulfilling place to work.

In addition to their core values, they have three rules at ThirdWay: behave like an adult, celebrate success and ‘no own goals’ - in-house code for romantic staff-to-staff relationships. They’re also proud of the way they celebrate their successes. Anyone who is involved with a project is provided with a budget to have a project completion dinner or activity, involving key representatives from the client team as well.

What is it like to work for The ThirdWay Group

The owners at ThirdWay give out the awards during their weekly team meetings to reward people for behaving in accordance to the company’s values. They also have a ‘bad behaviour’ award which, while delivered in jest, highlights a behaviour that has perhaps not met expectations.

They work with Toilet Twinning to support them in their goal to tackle the global water and sanitation crisis. For just £60, a ‘twin’ toilet is built in a community where its is most needed and an education programme within that community is also funded.
